Craft is an ocean-view restaurant in Los Cabos with two kitchens that share the same identity: fire at the center of everything.
Our menu highlights a selection of dishes created across both locations —Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo— where embers, smoke, and wood-fire techniques shape every texture and flavor. It’s a proposal that brings together the ingredients of Baja with contemporary methods to deliver a clear, refined and fire-driven culinary approach.



DIRECT GRILL
Smoke, Char, Soul
Inspired by Mexican tatemado and cooking over live coals distributed on different levels to achieve precise temperatures and a flavor marked by natural smoky notes. Highlights include traditional grilled artichokes with citrus emulsion, basil aioli, and slivered almonds; the iconic octopus with macha sauce oil; and grilled Halloumi cheese, made in-house with sheep and goat milk, with a honey and chili glaze.

Wood-Dome Smoking
A technique that encloses the food in a dome with aromatic wood, allowing for slow and deep smoking, creating unique dishes such as smoked burrata with tomatoes, balsamic reduction and basil aioli; smoked babaganosh: hummus with charred eggplant accompanied by rustic bread; or smoked eggplant with white miso emulsion and caramelized walnuts.

A rustic method that allows for gradual caramelization and depth of flavor, creating dishes such as tableside salt-baked fish, a theatrical experience that retains moisture and enhances citrus aromas; the prized local wood-fired lobster; or the embers-stuffed pepper with ricotta cheese, roasted tomatoes, and Padrón pepper sauce.
JOSPER GRILL
Josper High-Heat Grill
A Spanish-style oven-grill that combines live coals with a heat chamber, reaching high temperatures to achieve intense searing and exceptional juiciness. This technique is used to create dishes such as Josper-grilled beets with Greek yogurt, butterfly-cut catch of the day with pico de gallo salsa, olives, and capers, and USDA Prime quality cuts of meat.
